LIGHTING
actually, this is spectacular lighting....

A Set of Three Large Hanging Pendant Lamps from The Concorde Factory - 1940s
£1650

These stunning mid century lamps originate from The British Aircraft Corporation in Filton, Bristol, the birthplace of Concorde.

Manufactured in the 1940s, these are fabulous and rare medium/large size lamps, made from Holophane glass, which is known for its unique light diffusion properties. They are supported by steel trimmings for durability and topped with a detachable decorative moulded white propeller cone shaped piece.
Unlike traditional down lights, these lights radiate light through the entire body of glass.
Each one has been beautifully restored and converted for domestic use, making them suitable for use in residential settings.
Safety: It is important to note that these lights do not come with PAT testing paperwork. Therefore, the responsibility falls on the buyer to have them fully checked and tested by a qualified electrician before using them.
